Activities rally in SF as Supreme Court hears case on homeless ordinances

The United States Supreme Court heard arguments Monday concerning homeless ordinances in the small Oregon city of Grants Pass. The court’s decision on the case could have a massive impact on how big cities here in the Bay Area handle homeless encampments.
