WORCESTER -- The WooSox grounds crew came in on Thursday morning at 9 a.m., knowing they had their work cut out for them as the snow piled up on the Polar Park field. About 18 hours later, the crew finally turned the lights off and went home. They were back just hours later to make sure the field was ready to host 14 innings of minor league baseball on Friday afternoon.
