16-year-old arrested in fatal shooting outside hookah lounge, Lewisville police say

A 16-year-old was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Lewisville hookah lounge, police said. Lewisville police officers arrested the boy at the Xquisite Smoke Shop in the 1300 block of West Main Street, near North Garden Ridge Boulevard, department officials said in a news release.
