First residents move in to Ritz-Carlton villas, signature restaurant announced

The first residents of the villas at the $2 billion Paradise Valley Ritz-Carlton development are moving into their new homes, but the resort opening is still several months away. The development, which totals 122 acres, will include the 215-room resort, 80 Ritz-Carlton Residences Villas and 32 Ritz-Carlton “estate homes,” as well as 52 for-sale residences branded by Italian fashion house Fendi.
