Decade-long fraud targeted money meant for those with traumatic brain injuries

Six women and two companies were indicted by a state grand jury of a decade-long fraud conspiracy to funnel over $700,000 from the publicly-funded Traumatic Brain Injury Fund, Attorney General Matthew J.
