DDCC gives back to community during Day of Service

DAVIDSON COUNTY — Employees of Davidson-Davie Community College recently descended on area nonprofits and schools in an annual effort to give back to the community. A total of 175 employees participated in the college’s annual Day of Service, preparing food backpacks for children in need, helping out at local schools and rolling up their sleeves to help build a house for Habitat for Humanity.
