J.C. Jackson’s second stint with the Patriots ends after his release

The 28-year-old was reacquired by New England after he left Foxborough in free agency for the Chargers in 2022. In six games with New England, Jackson did not have any interceptions and registered 25 tackles and 6 passes defended. Jackson had 25 interceptions in his first four NFL seasons, which tied Lester Hayes and Everson Walls for the most by a player in his first four seasons since 1970.
