Vermillion girls earn 1st trip to state basketball tournament since 2018

MENNO, S.D. -- Three Vermillion girls scored in double figures as the Tanagers pulled away from Winner to claim a 60-30 win in a SoDak 16 game Thursday night. The Tanagers (19-4) advance to the Class A girls state tournament for the first time since 2018.
