Oregon groups divided over proposed drug law changes

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — With the clock ticking on the short Oregon legislative session, House Republican lawmakers tried and failed to get their version of a bill recriminalizing possession of illegal drugs. But the Senate’s version of that bill is expected to head to the floor for a vote Tuesday night.
