FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - A new bill filed in the Kentucky Legislature looks to add exceptions for rape and incest to the state’s abortion ban. Currently, Kentucky’s law only allows abortions if necessary to save a mother’s life or prevent disabling injuries.
