PROVIDENCE — Katelyn Bouyssou-Jarrell never thought of herself as a trailblazer. She was competing. It’s what she was raised to do. It’s what her father, Serge, expected of every athlete who stepped foot in his Mayo Quanchi Judo and Wrestling Club. But make no mistake — the Interscholastic League’s state meet weekend didn’t look like this when she was a Scituate undergraduate.
