Royals, QuikTrip team up with patch to raise awareness to child literacy

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — QuikTrip’s brand will be displayed on the Kansas City Royals jersey in a multi-year partnership between the convenience store company and baseball club. The two brands are teaming up to help improve child literacy as they both plan to invest in the community, according to a news release from the businesses. The QuikTrip logo will be stitched on each Royals jersey’s right sleeve. The partnership is launching a “Hit the Books” program to increase literacy rates within the Kansas City community.
