RI National Guard Unit returns from Kosovo deployment

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation, have returned to Rhode Island following a 10-month deployment in Kosovo. The helicopter battalion soldiers were welcomed home by family members, Gov. Dan McKee, and other military personnel at the Quonset Air National Guard Base at the Army Aviation Support Facility on Saturday morning.
