Climate crazies dump red powder on U.S. Constitution display in Nat’l Archives as security guards watch

Two people were arrested after protesting at the National Archives by dumping red powder on themselves and the glass encasement protecting the U.S. Constitution. “Around 2:30 p.m., two men poured red powder on themselves and the encased Constitution in the Archives’ rotunda.
