Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Cairo on Feb. 14—the first time in over a decade—for talks with his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. Talks reportedly focused mainly on an ongoing Israeli military offensive in the Gaza Strip, which shares a 7.5-mile-long border with Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula.
