House Republican leadership firmly rejected the Senate’s new immigration bill, which aims to decrease crossings along the southern border and pass aid for Israel and Ukraine, saying Monday the deal is “DEAD on arrival in the House”—posing a serious challenge to the bill’s supporters in both parties.
