US To Sell $75 Bln In Reopened 3-Month Bills Tue

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The U.S. Treasury plans to auction $75 billion in reopened 3-month bills Tuesday. The debt will settle on Dec. 28, 2023 and will mature March 28, 2024. The debt is a reopening of an issue first sold on Sept. 28, 2023. The Federal Reserve holds $11.842 billion of maturing securities for its own account. Amounts bid by the Federal Reserve banks for their own account will be in addition to the public offering amount.
