MADISON (WKOW) -- A Dane County judge has reaffirmed her July ruling that Wisconsin state law allows abortions. In Wisconsin's most recent election cycle, abortion access was a major issue to voters. Specifically, an 1849 law conservative lawmakers interpreted as an abortion ban. But a Dane County judge ruled it's a ban on feticide.
