CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -A new bill, proposed in the Ohio House, could allow municipalities to restrict usage within their jurisdiction. The bill, proposed by Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) would also see changes to how the marijuana revenue is split within the state. The bill comes just days before legalization begins in the state of Ohio. Effective December 7, marijuana use, and cultivation, is legal across the state.
