Hawkeyes: Award hauls continue for Iowa's DeJean and Taylor; Orion's Lee named

DeJean is one of three finalists for the Jim Thorpe Award as the top defensive back in the country. The junior from Odebolt, Iowa, allowed only 22 completions for 209 yards and zero touchdowns before suffering a season-ending leg injury in practice on Nov. 15. DeJean ended the season with two interceptions, five pass break-ups and 41 tackles, helping the Hawkeyes to the fourth-best scoring defense (12.3 ppg) in the nation.
