EASTON, Pa. — Polls are now closed in Northampton County, and the vote-counting has begun in the race for Northampton County Judge. Running on the Democratic side is Brian Panella, current tax hearing appeal officer and solicitor for the city of Bethlehem. Panella also spent six years as custody master for Lehigh and Northampton counties. Running on the Republican side is Nancy Aaroe, who has more than three decades of legal experience.
