Light snow showers visit Racine on Halloween morning

Residents across Racine County were greeted Halloween morning by the first snow of the season. Light snow showers and cooler temperatures came through southeast and central Wisconsin on Tuesday. The National Weather Service issued both a hazardous weather outlook and a winter weather advisory for several lakeshore Wisconsin counties, including Racine, and predicted 1-3 inches of snow to accumulate in some areas, with winds up to 30 mph into Tuesday evening.
