Oregon needs better strategy to address domestic violence, state auditors say

The Oregon Secretary of State’s audits division urged state leaders to develop and implement a statewide strategy for addressing domestic violence, including by providing more funding to community-based nonprofits. More than a third of adult Oregonians experience domestic violence in their lifetimes, according to a report released Tuesday by the audits division.
