1 killed, 8 injured in shooting at Indianapolis Halloween party

One person was killed and eight others were injured after shots rang out at a Halloween party in Indianapolis Sunday morning. Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department received reports of a shooting during a large party on the northeast side of the city just after midnight Sunday.
