Trump: Law being used in New York fraud trial may not be constitutional

Following a court appearance for a civil fraud trial in New York, former President Donald Trump took to social media Tuesday morning and alleged that the law being used in the trial “may not be Constitutional.” Last week, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that the case brought forth by New York Attorney General Letitia James found Trump liable for fraud.
