St. Thomas More held a commanding lead after Day 1 of the Class A Girls State Tennis Tournament on Monday in Sioux Falls. The Cavaliers racked up 316.5 points and clinched spots in three of six singles semifinals and all three doubles finals. STM held a 32.5 point lead over Rapid City Christian when play concluded. Rapid City Christian tallied 284 points and secured spots in five of six singles semifinals and one doubles final. In Flight 1 Singles, STM's Athena Franciliso and Christian's Riley Geyer advanced to the semifinals....
