Casper woman sentenced to 5 years in prison for abortion clinic arson

CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper woman was sentenced to 60 months in prison for setting fire to the Wellspring Health Access clinic in Casper on May 25, 2022. Lorna Roxanne Green, 22, was formally charged with arson of a facility engaged in interstate commerce, which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison. She was also ordered to pay restitution.
