MT judge stalls start date for upcoming abortion licensure requirement

A District Court judge in Helena on Wednesday issued a temporary restraining order to stalling a new law requiring abortion providers to be licensed, because the state health department has not yet established a licensing program with which providers could comply by the Oct. 1 start date.
