Canada’s House Speaker Anthony Rota has apologized for leading a standing ovation for a 98-year-old Ukrainian veteran who fought alongside Nazis. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who was at the Canadian Parliament to deliver an address to lawmakers, joined in on the applause, along with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
