Tropical Storm Ophelia to bring more heavy rain, wind gusts Sunday

Tropical Storm Ophelia has not completely passed, according to the National Weather Service. At least three to six inches of rain are the expected total for this weekend’s storm. The Hampton Roads region, Richmond metro area and the 1-95 corridor are expected to get the highest rainfall totals. Wind gusts are expected to reach 25 to 30 miles per hour near the coast on Sunday.
