Duluth schools outline November referendum plan

DULUTH — On Thursday, Duluth Public Schools outlined its "Future Forward" proposed investment plan, which residents will vote on this November. The Duluth School Board unanimously approved the addition of two referendum questions pertaining to the $7.9 million investment plan to Duluth ballots this November back in July. Superintendent John Magas presented the plan in a news conference Thursday morning.
