Pro-choice and pro-life advocates react as Planned Parenthood starts offering abortions in Wisconsin again

MADISON (WKOW) -- Planned Parenthood started offering abortions in Wisconsin again Monday, more than a year after stopping the procedures. The organization said last week it decided to provide abortion access at locations in Madison and Milwaukee after a Dane County judge said in July she believes the state's 1849 abortion ban only applies to feticide and not voluntary abortion.
