Who’s active, who’s not for Dolphins’ road game vs. Patriots

Dolphins left tackle Terron Armstead and outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips are inactive for Sunday night’s road game against the New England Patriots. Both were listed as questionable to play. Armstead, who returned to practice this week for the first time in a month, will miss his second consecutive game because of ailments to his back, ankle and knee.
