Murder charge: Man suffocated brother, 7, in family's Eden Prairie home

A man with a history of violence and mental illness was charged Friday in the killing of his 7-year-old brother inside the family's Eden Prairie home earlier this week. Dalal Idd, 28, faces one count of second-degree murder in Hennepin County District Court and remains in custody ahead of his first court appearance Monday.
