A 59-year-old woman who was critically injured after a colliding with a Dover police car last week has died. The woman, Loreen Miller of Dover, died on Sunday — four days after the crash, Dover Police said on Monday. The incident occurred just before 8 a.m. Wednesday as Miller traveled east on South Little Creek Road approaching Signal Street.
