STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Amid an ongoing wave of New York City subway surfing fatalities, including a 15-year-old Staten Islander in May, officials have kicked off a new campaign designed to discourage the dangerous stunt and save lives. On Tuesday, the MTA, alongside Mayor Eric Adams and Gov.
