Catholic preschools sue to get state money while banning kids of same-sex couples

The Denver Catholic Archdiocese is suing Colorado’s universal preschool program over the right to exclude LGBTQ+ people since they say it violates their religious beliefs to accept the children of same-sex couples and trans people.
