Providence Buildings Evacuated After Possible Threat: Reports
PROVIDENCE, RI — Several buildings in downtown Providence have been evacuated due to a possible threat, according to multiple reports.
A man called the police and said he was at Biltmore Garage with a gun and was going to shoot City Hall, Providence Police Detectives Major David Lapatin told GoLocalProv.
The Department of Children, Youth and Families placed its Friendship Street headquarters on lockdown, according to the outlet.
