LOS ANGELES, CA —Los Angeles County restaurant Heritage became the first eatery in Long Beach to earn a Michelin Star on Tuesday, joining the esteemed list of high-quality restaurants in the Golden State. The restaurant was applauded for the unique California accent applied to its cooking.
