Michelin Guide reveals star Orange County restaurants for 2023

Arguably the world’s most esteemed dining guide, Michelin announced its California constellation for 2023 at a ceremony in Oakland on Tuesday evening, July 18. The majority of last year’s recipients maintained their one-star ratings this year, with Costa Mesa continuing to dominate the dining scene within the Michelin universe. Orange County’s top restaurants remain the same as last year: Hana re, Knife Pleat, and Taco Maria.
