Muskegon man sentenced to prison for ‘enormous’ amount of fentanyl

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – A Muskegon man described as a major fentanyl dealer has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison on drug and weapons charges. Saul Douglas Briggs, 33, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime. He was recently sentenced by U.S. District Judge Paul Maloney in Kalamazoo.
