UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man stabbed another man in the neck on an Upper East Side train during the evening commute, according to police. A 37-year-old man was riding a downtown 4 train entering the 86th Street station when he and another man got into an argument, police said. The man then stabbed the 37-year-old once in the neck, leaving a trail of blood all over the 86th Street station, according to police and reports.
