Gov. Hochul signs bill to protect doctors prescribing abortion pills to out-of-state patients

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— Gov. Kathy Hochul signed legislation recently that will protect New York doctors from being prosecuted for prescribing abortion pills to patients located out of state where the drugs are banned.
