Kylan Billiot, a Terrebonne High School wide receiver, will trade one Tigers uniform for another as he committed to play college football at LSU on Wednesday. A three-star recruit in the 247sports Composite, Billiot chose the Tigers over 11 other offers, including Georgia Tech, Troy, and Southern Miss.
