Man Charged In Marietta Hit And Run That Injured Texas Man

MARIETTA, GA — A man has been charged with hit and run and other charges in connection with an accident that left a pedestrian injured Sunday at Delk Road, Marietta Police said Wednesday evening. Police said Miguel Bacilio-Marquez has been charged on suspicion of serious injury by vehicle, hit and run, failure to maintain lane and driving on suspended license.
