Seven Shot Outside Richmond, Va., High-School Graduation

Richmond’s police chief said he didn’t think there was a continuing threat to the public. Police said seven people were shot Tuesday outside a Richmond, Va., theater that hosted a high-school graduation, leaving three of the victims with life-threatening injuries. The shooting occurred around 5:15 p.m. Eastern outside the Altria Theater, Richmond Interim Police Chief Rick Edwards said at a press conference.
