Body recovered from partially collapsed Iowa apartment building

A body has been recovered from the Iowa apartment building that partially collapsed nearly a week ago, officials said Sunday. Authorities found 42-year-old Branden Colvin Sr. dead on Saturday, city spokeswoman Sarah Ott told the Daily News, in what was the first confirmed death from the incident in downtown Davenport.
