GOP 2024 Presidential Candidates Gather for ‘Roast and Ride’ in Iowa

Many Republican presidential hopefuls are in Des Moines, Iowa, Saturday for a popular kick-off event hosted by Sen. Joni Ernst. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former Vice President Mike Pence were among those in attendance. Pence is expected to announce candidacy next week. Former President Donald Trump did not attend the event, but the Republican front-runner was in Iowa on Thursday ramping up support.
