A New Hampshire man has been charged with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder an unnamed U.S. senator, a federal prosecutor announced Friday. Brian Landry, a 66-year-old from Franklin, New Hampshire, allegedly left a threatening message on the voicemail of the senator's field office on May 17.
