VAN BUREN COUNTY, MI – A former police chief is accused of stealing and selling drugs. Now-retired Hartford Police Chief Tressa Beltran, 57, was arraigned on Wednesday, May 31, on eight felonies and one misdemeanor in Van Buren County District Court.
